Thank you again for all that you and your staff do - every time I visit Mum I leave knowing she is being well looked after.

The Elms is a small established care home for the elderly situated in the Norfolk seaside town of Gorleston. We offer both long term care and respite care and cater for the needs of the elderly who are no longer able to live fully independently.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to accommodate up to 20 residents.

We provide an active and homely environment where our residents' dignity and privacy are respected at all times. We establish and adhere to policies and procedures that are designed to safeguard our residents' rights and their personal and healthcare needs.

We want everything we do at The Elms to be driven by the needs, abilities and aspirations of our residents and we aim to ensure that we provide an environment that is conducive to achieving our stated aims and objectives. Whether their needs are social, cultural, religious or recreational, we will do all we can to help our residents exercise choice and control over their lives.
